Roman Townsend

Managing Director

Prior to founding Belvera Partners, Roman was the Director of Media Relations & Corporate Affairs at Hotelbeds – and has also held senior communications roles at both Vueling and Amadeus.

Roman started his career as a Press Officer in the UK’s Houses of Parliament, before spending seven years in financial PR in London.

In 2010 he joined Amadeus to lead the financial communications for its IPO and spent six years there handling corporate affairs.

Following a period covering a maternity leave as Director of Communications at Spanish airline Vueling, in 2016 he joined Hotelbeds as Director of Media Relations & Corporate Affairs.

During almost five years at Hotelbeds he established the company’s global communications team, following an exit from TUI and the acquisition of both Tourico Holidays and GTA.

Roman holds a degree in history from Cambridge and works comfortably in both Spanish and his native English.

Antonia Aguiló

Antonia has extensive experience as a travel industry communications expert. Previously she worked at Hotelbeds, a worldwide B2B distributor of hotel accommodation and travel technology provider, for over a decade.

During her time at Hotelbeds, she led several international teams in various project management roles before becoming Senior Manager, Media Relations & Corporate Affairs.

Antonia’s experience working on international teams in Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific has given her a broad perspective on the industry as a whole.

She is also well-versed in the local institutions, key actors, travel partners, lobby groups, and travel publications (including those pertaining to trade, technology, and sustainability).

Antonia is also a personal coach who works with high-performance leaders and teams to help them build their brands by assessing and improving their communication, particularly their nonverbal aspects such as body language and personal presentation skills.

She earned her BA in 2003 in communications from the University of Navarra, and also holds a Master’s degree in non-verbal communication and an Expert Degree in Public Speaking.

Vera is the newest addition to Belvera Partners and will drive business development for global growth. With a strong background in B2B travel tech, she has held key roles at Tourico Holidays and Hotelbeds, managing strategic partnerships across diverse markets.

In recent years, she has expanded her expertise into startups and major tech corporations like Google, working with Google Ads, user-generated content, and social media consultancy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Lorena Palmer

P.A. & Office & Marketing Manager

Lorena has been a marketing & PR executive in her native Mallorca since 2016 and has previously worked at travel companies such as Hilton and Melia. At Belvera Partners, she is our Office Manager and Marketing Manager for the brand. Additionally, she supports clients with social media and other operational needs.

Anna Monreal

Anna has extensive experience building and managing the reputation of global technology organizations. She spent more than five years at Hotelbeds, where she led technology communications for the EMEA region.
 
In addition, Anna has managed communications for multiple technology companies, with a proven track record in strategic positioning, media relations, investor relations, and reputation management.

Balint is a UK-based aviation and travel specialist PR practitioner with five years of agency and in-house experience in the sector, working across high-flying B2B and B2C brands including the World Travel & Tourism Council, Finnair and Cirium.

Based in North Wales, Balint’s experience spans strategic communications, media relations and internal communications. Before setting up his freelance consultancy, he worked for world-leading aircraft manufacturer Airbus and travel PR company The PC Agency.

With connections across a wealth of national and trade outlets, Balint has a passion for delivering profile-raising coverage and using the power of insightful data to bring brands to life. While a long-time aviation enthusiast, he has also worked in the technology, energy and not-for-profit sectors.

Balint is currently pursuing an MBA in International Marketing to complement his PR degree. Originally from Budapest, he speaks fluent English and Hungarian, with some competence in Welsh.

Consuelo has a wide range of experience as a tourism industry communications expert, especially in the air sector, as she worked at Iberia’s Communications department for more than 20 years, but also in hospitality, destinations and travel tech.

She is an expert on corporate affairs, design and implementation of external and internal comms. campaigns, crisis comms., business transformation, innovation and opening new markets. She has also developed a wide contact network in the media, organizations and institutions.

She has a BA in Journalism at the Complutense University in Madrid, has studied European Studies and Broadcast Journalism at the Nottingham Trent University (UK) and holds a Corporate Comms and Management Executive Programme (IE Business School), a Master’s degree in Communications & Politics Management (Complutense University) and an Executive Programme on AI (Schiller International University). Apart from Spanish, she works comfortably in English and German.

Jess has been working in the travel PR industry for 15 years.  She has extensive experience in the travel tech sector, having spent a decade at Sabre leading its communications team.

Zoe has been a marketing and communications professional for 20+ years, and more recently held a senior executive position at Shiji ReviewPro. As an experienced Traveltech marketer, she supports Belvera clients with LinkedIn & social media strategies.

Roma has almost ten years of PR agency experience and a strong background in technology, including working with clients such as Microsoft. At Belvera Partners he works across a variety of accounts to provide day-to-day management to ensure clients are gaining the best possible service.
